DEPOSIT POLICY••• A Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable deposit is required to secure your appointments. The deposit will be applied toward the procedure fees on the day of your appointment. Deposit can be done by zelle or cash app to 682-552-2460. Send me a screenshot picture as receipt please.
Processing fee (3%) applies to all credit card transactions via square check out.
Deposit is followed:
Small services = upfront full payment required.
Larger services= deposit amount varies, balances are due at time of service.

CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS••• We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
••• Keep in mind that when you forget to cancel your appointment. We can not fill that slot and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to take services. 
••• if you late please let me know by calling me at 682-552-2460. Failing to do that , your PMU or extension appointment will be considered as "NO SHOW" and result in forfeiture of your booking fee.
For other services you can wait as walk in
RESCHEDULING POLICY••• Reschedule can be done at max 3 times.If you must reschedule, please let me know at least 3 days in advance then you can reschedule .Failing to do so , you will not be able to reschedule and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to make another appointment.
HOW TO RESCHEDULE••• You have to text me at 682-552-2460 to cancel appts first then rebook online NO GUEST POLICY••• Please refrain from bringing guests with you to your appointment due to cross contamination ( permanent make up appts) and limited space .

CORRECTION POLICY••• For all previous work done by another artist (Tattooed or microbladed,...), prior to your booking , please send CLEAR photos of your bare brows ( no make up/ no filter/ enough brightness ) to 6825522460 to get approval since some previous work that cannot be corrected

DISQUALIFICATION LIST
• Anyone under the age of 18, unless with parents or guardian's approval

• Anyone allergic to anesthesia, pigmentation and makeup 

• Anyone who is currently pregnant, breastfeeding or lactating

• Anyone diabetic

• Anyone who is sick: Covid, cold, flu, etc...

• Anyone with glaucoma and/or taking blood thinning medication

• Anyone taking steroid medications (i.e. Accutane)

• Anyone who has cancer and/or is undergoing chemotherapy and radiotherapy

• Anyone who has been treated with radiotherapy or chemotherapy in the last 45 days

•Anyone with skin diseases such as rashes, eczema, psoriasis, keloid, or hypertrophic scarring on and around the treated area
•Anyone with transmittable blood diseases (ex: HIV, AIDS, Hepatitis, etc.) 

• Anyone with bacterial or viral infection

•Anyone with undiagnosed skin conditions, rashes, blisters on and around the area to be treated

•Anyone with high blood pressure or mitral valve disorder

•Anyone who had botox work done within the last 4 weeks prior to your appointment

•Anyone with healing disorders

• Anyone who is hemophiliac

•Anyone with a present open wound on and around the area to be treated

• Anyone epileptic or who has experience faint spells or seizures
